Dom Bell will be coming back to Madison to visit Sanctuary Jiu Jitsu on June 7. That's 3 opportunities to learn from this incredible instructor! If you like learning Jiu Jitsu and want to get any better, you should definitely try to make it out to at least one of these events.

Josh McKinney Seminar

We had a great turnout to the Josh McKinney Seminar. He worked on arm-bar details, and one of the attendees was able to put it to work the next weekend at a tournament and finish a match with an arm-bar.

I hope to have Josh up again at some point. If you're itching for some Josh McKinney brilliance let me know and I'll see what I can work out.
